Happy Tuesday and Happy Asparagus Day … hope your week is off to a great start!
On Sunday the podcast (episode 318) featured my interview with Chris Rossiter, Renegade EDC and Renegade Provisions Co., and tomorrow’s mid-week supplemental podcast will be my solo show on the topic: “If you only had one fixed blade knife.” Hope you enjoy both of them.
And of course, I’m looking forward to seeing you on Thursday for “Thursday Night Knives” on YouTube, Facebook and Twitch.
Here’s Sunday’s show with Chris. And if you want to listen to the podcast, be sure to check the links at the bottom of this newsletter to subscribe in your podcast app of choice.
Blade Show 2022
Are you going to Blade in Atlanta this year? I am, although I’ve had a hiccup in my travel plans and instead of driving down (from Virginia) on Thursday, I’ll be flying in after work on Friday.
It’s one of those “good news, bad news” situations — bad news is I’ll be getting in later than I wanted and will miss the “action” during the day on Friday, but good news is that I’ll be able to hopefully enjoy more of the Sunday festivities (depends on my return airfare departure time) — plus I won’t have the long car ride to and from!
Definitely will have to do some serious time management to get to see all the knives and makers during the day-and-a-half or so that I am there.
By the way … If you’re heading to the show, let me know. Love to meet up with you, press the flesh, perhaps drink an adult beverage together, and of course talk knives!
And speaking of Blade Show, if you haven’t seen it, be sure to catch the interview I did with Blade Show Director Alicia Newton.
